About the Role

Location: NOCC Mexico #LIHybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of operational process improvement requirements within the SAP SD module to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Provide expert-level support as SAP Super User, managing enhancement requests and incident resolution.
  • Design and led strategic improvement initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with Warehouse & Distribution, Order to Cash, and Record to Report teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Coordinate projects focused on adapting and enhancing electronic invoicing processes to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.
  • Appoint as Application Business Owner for electronic invoicing and EDI processes, ensuring governance, performance, and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in private order management processes and government, Supply Chain
  • Advanced English level.
  • Project management skills
  • Experience on SAP ECC/S4Hanna
  • Excel intermediate level
  • Leadership
  • Problem-solving
