~GBS~GCOビジネスを、知識の共有、オンボーディングとトレーニングのサポート、すべてのビジネス関連のタスク/活動におけるサポートチームのリーダー、プロセス文書の構築、知識リポジトリの構築など、さまざまなイニシアチブに関与することにより、実践の構築でサポートします。
~販促用マーケティング資料のデザインを担当する総合デザインチームの不可欠な部分になること。
About the Role
~ 合意されたSLAに従って、以下の顧客要件を作成し、提供します。
~ サービス プロセス全体を通じて適切なドキュメントとコミュニケーションを提供する、プロジェクト管理への構造化されたアプローチを通じてサービスを提供します。
~ 品質保証;品質と正確性に関する成果物が最高水準であることを確認します。規定の期限内に予定通りにプロジェクトを納品します。
~ 標準作業手順書(SOP)の作成・維持支援
~ 定性的および定量的なレポートをキャプチャするナレッジリポジトリの開発と維持をサポートします。
~ 各種知識共有会議への参加。
Key Performance Indicators
~ノバルティスの社内顧客(CPO、地域のマーケティングおよび営業チーム)に、さまざまな低中程度の複雑度分析レポートに関する分析サポートを提供します。
