About the Role
主な役割責任
- PK エキスパートとして、日本の開発プロジェクトチームに貢献する。
- すべての規制要件に準拠した上で、サポートを得ながら、社内意思決定会議の資料、治験実施計画書、治験総括報告書、治験薬概要書、新薬承認申請文書等を期限内に作成する。
- Global とのコミュニケーションにより、日本で開発中のプロジェクトにおけるPKに関する課題を共有し、解決に向けてサポートする。
- PKに関する計画及び戦略をサブチーム、プロジェクトチーム、及びリーダーシップチームで整合させる。
- 部門横断的なチーム、部門全体の取り組みに参加する。
- 会社のスケジュールに従って、必要なすべての組織トレーニング及び要件を完了する。適切なSOPに厳密に準拠する。
必須要件
- 理系の学部の修士号または博士号（PhD）の学位。
- 製薬業界で２年以上の経験があり、かつ薬物代謝及び薬物動態に関連する知識又は経験を有すること。
- 創薬又は開発の過程における関連分野（例えば、生物統計、毒性、規制）の知識。
- 流暢な日本語及び英語(口頭および書面)
- 高いモチベーション、コミュニケーションスキル
- なお、必須要件については、柔軟に検討可。
望ましい要件
- 臨床試験開発の経験及び新薬承認申請の経験
- 研究所又は臨床薬理部門での勤務経験
- PK関連のソフトウェア（Phoenix, NONMEM, SAS, GustroPlus等）の使用経験
- 放射線医薬品の知識、経験
- Modeling解析（PPK,PKPD,PBPK等）の経験
